Use this form to apply for a rebate on the fixed service charge component for water and sewerage on an eligible property.

We accept submissions from an authorised representative of the organisation applying for the rebate.

When you submit the online form, a copy will be sent to the email address you provide. You must then sign the form and send it to the water authority responsible for servicing the property.

  • a copy of the memorandum and articles of association (constitution) or the rules of association.
