Lodge an unclaimed money statement of compliance

About this statement

Use this statement when lodging a register of unclaimed money held by your business on 1 March.

Review the process in the business lodgement obligations guide.

You must lodge this statement, your register and supporting documents by 31 May each year.

The statement must be completed by the nominated officer responsible for managing the unclaimed money held by the business.

You can save the form and return to it later by using your tracking code and answering the security question. Once the form is complete, select ‘Submit’ to lodge your statement.

Get these details ready

You will need:

• details of the nominated officer responsible for managing unclaimed money
• your business and contact details
• details of unclaimed money held, amounts paid to owners and any reasonable expenses deducted
• your completed register of unclaimed money
• supporting documents required for your lodgement.
