New form for authorising representatives
We have made a small but important change to improve the customer and representative experience.
Published on 13 July 2026The Change of Contact Details form (GEN-Form-03) has been split into 2 separate forms:
- GEN-Form-03 – Change of Contact Details: for contact detail updates only.
- GEN-Form-09 – Authorising a Representative: a new form for representative authorisation requests.
The change will make it easier for representatives to submit an authorisation request access and for the SRO to identify and prioritise representative requests.
